A Summer Engagement Session at The Corner House B&B

Can you believe that we are coming up on June, friends?!! JUNE!!! It was literally just Christmas like 3 weeks ago, right?! 2019 is flying by and it has been filled with some of the most precious couples that we have ever worked with. Amy and Logan are no different!

I still remember our first coffee date with Amy and Logan like it was yesterday! We hit instant bff status with these two and had the best time laughing over coffee while exchanging sweet stories. We spent that evening dreaming of their wedding day and we could not wait for their engagement session to arrive. 

Amy and I talked back and forth about alllllll her dreams and what she was envisioning for their sweet session. She knew she wanted something with open fields, greenery, and a natural aesthetic. After talking about all of Amy’s dreams, Bret and I had the epiphany that the rolling hills surrounding the Corner House in Rockport, Indiana would be the perfect backdrop for Amy and Logan’s dreamy engagement session. 

We were so excited to meet them on one of the most beautiful days in May. We spent 2 hours laughing, snuggling, and taking literally some of our favorite photos ever! Jenny Wilkerson, the owner of the Corner House Bed and Breakfast, just happened to be on property that evening working in her garden! Luckily for us, Jenny ended up coming over and tossing together the most magnificent bouquet in a matter of minutes for Amy to hold and cherish throughout her session. The four of us were mesmerized as Jenny was delicately placing flowers together.  You all, this was seriously one of the most stunning bouquets!! Oh my gosh — it was full of peonies and wildflowers grown in her own garden. HER OWN GARDEN — our plant-loving hearts were SWOONING! It added the perfect touch to their session and this session will go down as literally one of our favorites!

We are obsessed with Amy and Logan and we are now counting down the days until they tie the knot. But until then, enjoy this sneak peek!
