A Perfect Fall Engagement Session in Evansville

Woo!  The Nowak are in renovation mode pouring allll kinds of love into our newest fixer upper but in between house projects, we have been photographing some AMAZING sessions & weddings!!! This next sesh was no exception! Meet Jamie and Max!

We are 100% completely obsessed with Jamie and Max! Their personalities and relationship are one-of-a-kind! We first met them at a wedding we were shooting. They were all smiles and introduced themselves to us there and gave us BIG hugs. We instantly connected and knew then we had hit instant BFF status!! We knew then that we would have the absolute best time with this sweet couple so we scheduled a coffee date! During our coffee date, we laughed and laughed some more. Meeting couples like Jamie and Max make our world go round! It means the world to us getting to work with the greatest people on the entire planet! They leave us feeling overjoyed! After that coffee date, we were counting down the moments to get Jamie and Max in front of our cameras. Eeek!

Jamie and I spent the next couple of weeks texting back and forth to nail down the perfect game plan and outfits for their engagement session! I literally live for that kind of stuff! She was so excited and I was pumped for her level of enthusiasm knowing that she was genuinely invested into their session! I just knew that it was going to be EPIC! And, no surprise to Bret and I, their session was amazing!!!

Bret and I met them at The Evansville State Hospital park. Max had made the suggestion because he ran cross country back in the day and ran the course there frequently. He felt very familiar with area and thought it would be a great session location. It was Bret and I’s first time there and we absostinkinglutely loved it! We spent the evening tucking into the most fallish parts of the park and had the best time giggling throughout their two hour session!! The leaves and the fall colors were giving us allllll the feels!

Can we just take five seconds to talk about their killer outfits?! Jamie’s red dress – holy guacamole!! It was absolutely show-stopping and she was radiating! Her choice of dress was perfect for their engagement session. We love when our clients decide to dress to impress for their session because honestly who doesn’t love to feel fancy every once in a while?! How often do you really get the opportunity to dress to the nines and dance in the fields and snuggle with your significant other at sunset?!?! Guys…we love love love those photos. Now that their engagement session is over, we are counting down the days and minutes until they tie the knot!! We cannot wait!!!!
