White Chateau Wedding Anniversary Session

Oh these two😍 We’ve had the glorious chance to take photos of Bianca and Brad several times and it never gets old!!🙌🏼  From that first engagement session, to pre-wedding photos just for fun, the BEST wedding photos, countless mini sessions and now we got to celebrate their 3rd anniversary with more photos at White Chateau in Owensboro, Kentucky!!! (BRB – crying tears of pure happiness) Needless to say we are OBSESSED with our besties!! Three years down, a hundred more to go! 💕 We love B&B oh so much and are SO thankful for their friendship, love and support throughout the years!  Just for fun, we sent these two a few questions to answer so we could get the inside scoop on their first 3 years of marriage!  After reading these answers, we’ve officially decided that B&B are pretty much the cutest things ever!🙌🏼♥️

What do you like best about being married?

Him: coming home and being able to spend the rest of the day together. 

Her: Fixing dinner together. I cook, he does the dishes! 

What’s been the most surprising thing about marriage?

Him: The ease of living together because we both enjoy the same things. 

Her: Some people told us that you “grow up” and get boring after marriage, but we have become so much more adventurous and intentional about enjoying our lives together. 

What’s your favorite memory of your married years?

Him: Our vacations. We love a good vacation, whether just the two of us or with our friends. 

Her: At the risk of sounding cheesy… the everyday life we share. The funny jokes Brad can come up with out of nowhere, the comfort I have knowing we love each other. Those little moments have created a “happy memory” of our lives of just the two of us. I’ve started a journal to remember these small jokes and favors so I never forget it’s the little things that keep us strong.  

What is your favorite date together?

We both agree that Christmas Eve 2020 was our favorite. We created our very own Christmas Eve Tradition of preparing a steak dinner together and then snuggling up to watch our favorite Christmas movies. 

What are some fun sayings you two developed as a couple? 

Calling our dogs Nuggets.

Quoting our favorite movies or tv shows. Really. We quote them in everyday conversation. 

What would you tell yourself if you could go back to the the morning of your wedding?

Him: Don’t be so nervous. 

Her: The hard part is done. It’s time to have fun, enjoy the day, and know that no matter what, this will be a happy day! 

Looking back, what was your favorite moment of your wedding day?

Him: The First Look. Bianca looked so beautiful in her dress. 

Her: It’s a tie between our First Look and our Sunset Session. Seeing Brad at our First Look was probably the highlight of my life. My nervousness turned into pure excitement! Our Sunset Session was exactly what I needed to put a stop to the busy feeling of a Wedding. Not to mention, Bret & Brandie put an emphasis on your “husband” and your “wife” so the pictures of the Sunset Session, the smiles are extra big and 💯 authentic.
