Ahh!! We had the best time with this sweet family during their mini session!  We spent the entire time giggling and obsessing over their sweet little girl!! She’s just SO beautiful!!! What is something that makes your family special?

“Our family came as a bit of a surprise, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! The time we’ve spent as a family so far has been quite a ride. All the ups and downs have shown us the love, strength, resilience, and forgiveness that makes a family most special.”

If you could choose any way to spend a family night at home, what would you do?

“We would go for a long walk together before the sun went down, and finish the night relaxing by the fire pit. Even though Amelia would be asleep for most of it, it’s some of our favorite ways to spend time together and we love to share those times with her as well.”

What is the best memory you have of your family doing something together?

“Finally getting to bring her home from the NICU. After 69 days, we were finally able to spend time together as a family. The funniest part, though, is as we were about to leave The Women’s Hospital, a sensor was accidentally tripped and we had to wait 10 to 15 extra minutes to actually leave the building. So here we are, with Amelia in her car seat, looking out the windows at our fully packed car, and still not being able to go anywhere.”

What is your favorite family tradition?

“We haven’t had much of an opportunity to establish those just yet, but both of our families were quite fond of weekend pizza/movie nights, which Robby and I have upheld on our own. For the time being, we still have pizza nights, but instead of movies, we are usually playing with Amelia if she’s awake, or trying to catch up on some sleep while she sleeps!”

What’s next for your family?!

“A wedding! And we are so excited for it!”

What was your favorite part of your session with B&B?

“Our favorite part?! How could we possibly pick only one moment?! Every second of our sessions with you have been absolutely amazing! You both make us feel so welcomed and comfortable!”
