Oh these two!! 😍 From their engagement session, to the wedding day and now celebrating one whole year of marriage…our hearts are so full capturing (and celebrating) these huge life milestones with Sally and Andrew!! This sweet anniversary session in New Harmony, Indiana was full of love, reminiscing and giggles! It was pure magic!!!✨💕 Congratulations, Sally & Andrew and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! What do you like best about being married?

Him: “The companionship.”

Her: “Being on the same team and working together to solve problems. Andrew challenges me to be the best I can be and supports and inspires me to be the best version of myself and because of that I look forward to every day as a new adventure.”

What’s been the most surprising thing about marriage?

Him: “How different it is from just dating.”

Her: “How different and difficult it really truly is, but learning and knowing that all marriages have their ups and downs is fulfilling.”

What’s your favorite memory of the last year?

Him: “The day of our wedding, and closing on our first house together!”

Her: “Aside from the wedding, I’d say moving into our first home together as well. Because normally we love to travel and experience new places together, but this last year forced us to embrace our inner home bodies and find new house projects to conquer together as a married couple…and yes the marriage survived those projects 😉”

What was your favorite date together last year?

Him: “Probably the entire week of our honeymoon. It was amazing!”

Her: “I can’t pinpoint one date in particular that I would say is my favorite, but every aspect of our Honeymoon felt surreal. Aside from that I love feeling like you get to date your spouse every day in marriage.”

What are some fun sayings you two developed this year?

” “That’s not how you fold a towel” “that doesn’t go in that drawer” and Andrew’s personal favorite, “you’re not that dumb are you?” 😂 “

What would you tell yourself if you could go back to the the morning of your wedding?

Him: “To slow down and enjoy the entire day more.”

Her: “Focus on soaking in every moment because the whole day goes by so quickly. Also, not too stress over the small details you can’t control of the day because the most important thing is that you are marrying your best friend!”

Looking back, what was your favorite moment of your wedding day?

Him: “Seeing her walk down the aisle.”

Her: “Giving Andrew his “actual” wedding gift after our first look and seeing his reaction because he thought his watch and busch light socks were the only thing 😂”
