What is something that makes your family special?

“Nick and I grew up a mile apart and never met until 2016. We started a family in 2018 and welcomed our sweet Elle. We were surprised with a sweet second baby girl, Andi Kate, in June of 2021!”

What has been your favorite family vacation so far?

“We took Elle on a magical extended family vacation to Disney in 2020! We have yet to take our first trip as a family of four, but can’t wait!”

If you could choose any way to spend a family night at home, what would you do?

“Nick is the chef in our house! Our favorite nights at home are spent cooking and watching movies with our babies!”

What is the best memory you have of your family doing something together?

“We both come from big families, so family is very important to us! We value family time, so I would say any time we have with close or extended family is very special!”

What is your favorite family tradition?

“Going to a tree farm and handpicking our Christmas tree each year! This will be our 6th year and we love it!!”

Would you rather time-travel into the past to meet your ancestors or into the future to meet your descendants?

“Past for sure…our ancestors made us who we are!”

What’s next for your family?!

“We are still adjusting to being a family of four….but… we are building several houses in our hometown now and plan to start our own in the next year!! Exciting times!”

What was your favorite part of your session with B&B?

“It is so nice to support a local business! I (Lauren) went to school with Bret and Brandie and was excited to use them for our first family photos with our newest addition. Both Bret and Brandie were AMAZING with our girls! Getting kiddos to behave and a 5 month old looking at the camera is a challenge and they nailed it!! Can’t wait to use them in the future as our family grows and changes!”
