Ally and Luis brought all the magic to downtown Owensboro for their engagement session!! How did you meet?!

“We met while traveling the country for work, in a super small, middle of nowhere Georgia town!”

What was your first date?

“Our first official date he took me to a “famous” fish house in Richmond, Virginia not knowing I hateeeee fish!”

Do you have a favorite date you’ve ever been on together?

“Our favorite dates are ones we get dressed up, walk the town, and have little photo shoots!”

When did you start dating?

“April of 2023!”

What would the perfect date night look like?

“Definitely snuggled up, watching Netflix, eating cake!”

When did you get engaged?

“July 4th! Which just so happens to be a favorite holiday of mine!”

How did he propose?!

“Luis had a 4th of July surprise on my land back home in Texas! He had a romantic setup with roses and petals on a blanket and his silly self proposed with a hose clamp due to us meeting at a job site. He of course gifted me a real ring after I said yes!!”

What are your favorite activities to do together?

“We love traveling, exploring different towns, going to rivers, and trying new foods/drinks.”

What’s your favorite way to spend the weekend?

“Cooking together and walking around town!”

For the bride: What are three things you love about your groom?

“He is so completely loving, he truly treats me like a princess. He is the most compassionate person I know. Always helping where help is needed. He is constantly wanting to learn and broaden his knowledge on any and every subject!”

For the groom: What are three things you love about your bride?

“I love how positive she is & her crazy, fun, loving personality makes me so happy. I love that we are most always on the same page and it’s like she can read my mind. I swear we are always thinking the same thoughts.”

Describe yourselves as a couple!

“Romantic & fun loving. He makes life so sweet and fun! Always buying me flowers and opening my door but also quick to make jokes with me!”

What do you both do for a living?

“We both work construction! He’s an iron worker/rigger and I run heavy equipment!”

If you could go anywhere on a vacation, where would you go?

“Mexico!”

What’s your favorite place you’ve ever been?

“Texas! Our favorite vacation has been back home to Texas being lake bums with family.”

What was your favorite part of the engagement session?

“It was so fun! We loved Bret and Brandie & their fun personalities!”
