There’s just something about a wedding at Evansville Country Club that feels like pure magic and Madelyn & Chase’s day was exactly that….From beginning to end, their celebration was filled with heart, joy and the kind of intentional touches that made the entire day feel wildly personal!! Surrounded by the sweetest family & friends, these two tied the knot in a way that felt beautifully and authentically them!! WE ARE OBSESSED!!!🎉

One of the most unforgettable moments of the day was the emotional ceremony on the first tee, where a live string quartet played as Madelyn walked down the aisle…It was a breathtaking moment that left the entire crowd teary-eyed and in awe. So much love, so much beauty and so many happy tears…these are the moments we live for!!!

Madelyn and Chase are so in love, it’s the absolute cutest thing!!! It was an honor to witness the start of their new chapter. Their Evansville Country Club wedding was full of magical memories, emotional moments, and joy around every corner….We can’t wait to share all the sweet details and dreamy photos with you…spoiler alert, it was a DREAMY DAY!!!😍✨

Give us the scoop—what was your wedding day vibes?!

“Our wedding was at Evansville Country Club on May 24th! Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outdoors, and our reception was inside. Our main color was Dusty Blue. Our flower colors were soft pastels, and we were going for a light and airy spring aesthetic.”

What was your favorite part of your wedding day?

“Our favorite part of the day was when I was walking down the aisle. Walking down the aisle and seeing Chase while hearing the string quartet made everything feel so surreal, and it was the first time Chase saw me with my veil on!!”

Did you two do a first look?!

“Yes, we did a first look! We did a first look because it allowed us a chance to see each other for the first time in a more private setting. We also had more time to take pictures before the ceremony, so we could spend more time with our guests afterwards. Down on the golf course, Chase was standing with his back turned. I stood behind him, and when I was ready, I tapped on his shoulder for him to turn around….We read our private vows to each other, and had a moment to ourselves to soak it all in!!”

What’s next? What are you two planning on tackling next in life?

“We’re excited to enjoy married life and to travel more! I plan to finish up school with my accounting degree, and Chase plans to finish up his internship to officially become a licensed funeral director.”

For the bride: What are three things you love about your groom?

“I love how ambitious he is. He is always wanting to try new things and improve at them. I also love how comforting he is, he can always make me feel better, no matter the situation. Lastly, I love how thoughtful he is!”

For the groom: What are three things you love about your bride?

“Three things I love about Madelyn is her attention to detail, how she makes me feel loved 24/7, and how she makes everyday feel like a date or special occasion.”

Spill the tea—who was your right-hand person during wedding planning?

“My mom was a huge help throughout the wedding planning process. She was always there to listen to me and helped take care of so many items on our to do list!”

Advice for other couples who are planning their own wedding right now?

“My advice would be to enjoy being engaged and to enjoy the planning process. At times it can be overwhelming, but it is a special time in your life and everything will fall into place!”

What is something unique you incorporated into your wedding?

“Some unique touches we incorporated into the day included Chase’s grandfather’s Bible and Rosary, his grandmother’s gold tray, and my great-great-grandmother’s brooch, featured in some detail shots. We also had a string quartet, which had always been a dream of mine to have in my wedding.”

First dance song?

“Baby I’m Yours by the Arctic Monkeys & The Newell Octet!”

Ceremony music?

“The ceremony music was performed by a string quartet, who played throughout the prelude, processional, and recessional. Some of the music included “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” “Enchanted,” “Canon in D,” and “Wedding March.””

How big was your wedding party?

“I had a maid of honor and five bridesmaids, and Chase had a best man with five groomsmen. We also had two ushers and two flower girls!”

Reception dinner: buffet or served?

“Served!”

Reception: open bar or cash bar?

“Open Bar!”

What dessert did you serve at your reception?

“We had Vanilla and Chocolate Cake. Chase and I’s cake was funfetti!

What was your favorite part of working with B&B?

“Our favorite part of working with Bret & Brandie is how fun they made everything. They made the day flow so smoothly and always made Chase and I feel so calm and present. I couldn’t be happier!”
