We had the great honor of photographing a mini branding session for Emily to debut her new business venture…Rainbow River!  AHH!! We are so excited to see Emily bringing such an impactful + important business to our hometown….She will be changing lives and making allll the difference for mamas, little ones and families!! Tell us about your business!!

“Rainbow River has stemmed from many things over the last several years. From learning about, using, and educating on the essential oils + low tox living, to becoming a mom, to miscarriage, and to my passion for life, I was searching for something to tie it all together. Becoming a doula allows me to work in my passion + in my giftings. I’m so excited to serve our tri-state area in this way!”

What are 3 words you would use to describe your biz?

“Supportive, passionate, caring”

What is next for you and your business? What are you currently working on?

“I am certified and able to start taking clients for birth, postpartum and lactation/childbirth classes! We are also working on an office space where I will continue to host our oil and natural living workshops each month! Loads of fun things are coming with that, so be on the lookout this fall!”

What is your favorite part of being your own boss?

“Never having to be away from my kids or turn down things that are important to them. I love being present in each and every moment.”

What does your morning routine look like?

“I like to get up before the kiddos (sometimes I sleep in!), but I enjoy my quiet time in the morning to drink some tea, read a book, or just to take some me time before the crazy of the day!”

What is your go-to coffee order?

“No coffee for me, but love me a good tea!”

What is your favorite productivity hack?

“I usually have a long list of to-do’s, but every morning I like to pick my top three that I need to accomplish for the day so that I’m not overwhelmed and can knock those things out!”

What is your favorite business book or podcast?

“Right now I’m loving The Road Back To You Ian Morgan Cron. It has helped me to learn more about myself, as well as clients and potential clients that I will be working with!”

What would you tell someone who is thinking about booking a branding session with B&B?

“Literally the best decision you can make for your biz! I’m so excited to have everything cohesive, + they made it so easy! They are a blast to work with! They make you feel SO important + loved. Ah! Everything was just incredible.”
