How did you meet?!

“Jace and I met my freshman and his junior year of college. He was going to school at IU and I was was ending my first semester at USI. Jace’s sister Pearce actually introduced us to each other(we owe it all to you, Pearce!). IU was having their Little 500 week. Jace invited Pearce to come up for a concert that they were having at their fraternity and I tagged along with her. I remember it was a very last minute spontaneous trip that we decided to make and I’m forever grateful for it! We hit it off and have been together since!”

How did he propose?!

“Jace proposed on my family vacation in Sanibel island (my favorite place to be!!). It was the second day that we were there and he proposed down on the beach during family pictures before dinner. It was absolutely perfect and one of the best days of my life. I was completely shocked. I honestly had absolutely no idea so it was a great surprise! We got to celebrate all week and it was perfect!”

For the bride: What are three things you love about your groom?

“There are many things I love about Jace so narrowing it down to just three is hard but I love how kind jace is to me and just to everyone- He’s always there to help when anyone needs him and he’s more than happy to do it. I love his huge heart and how family oriented he is, it goes to show how wonderful of a husband and father he will be. I love his drive and determination – he is such a hard worker and has so many goals in life, it’s truly inspiring and he makes me want to be the best version of myself.”

For the groom: What are three things you love about your bride?

“Three things I love about Emma are she is caring, humble, and beautiful. She is always putting others before herself and thinking of ways she can make her family and friends happy. She doesn’t see herself as better or more important than others even though she’s usually the prettiest in the room. I know she will be a great wife and mother.”

What do you both do for a living?

“I am a Hair Stylist and Jace is a Software Engineer.”

Do you have any pets together?!

“We have two crazy pups, Oliver and Milo! Oliver is a Wheaten Terrier and Milo is a labradoodle, we love them so much!!”

What was your favorite part of the engagement session?

“Our favorite part of the engagement session was honestly just the entire experience and how Bret and Brandie made us feel so comfortable. They made it so much fun for us. They are true professionals and really know what they are doing! Brandie was so outgoing and had us smiling the entire time!”

Bride, did you get your hair & makeup professionally done for your session?!

“I got my hair colored by Shelby Jones and my Makeup was done by Ali McCandless.”

“Pink Lilly and Dillards”

“Have fun with it!☺️”
