Tell us about what you do:

“I just started a new role as the Manager of People and Talent for a social media marketing agency!”

What are 3 words you would use to describe your role?

“Dynamic, challenging, and interpersonal”

What is next for you? What are you currently working on?

“I’m so excited about my new role! It combines all things I love about HR and People Operations – I’m managing talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, and culture projects.”

What is your favorite part of your career?

“You never have the same day twice!”

What does your morning routine look like?

“I have a two year-old and a seven month-old, so my mornings are always bustling as we get ready for the day and the boys are off to childcare. Occasionally, one wakes up before the other, and we’ll enjoy cuddles together while I have coffee. I admit – those mornings are my favorites.”

What is your go-to coffee order?

“Iced coffee in the summer or a latte in the winter. Fun fact: I didn’t even drink coffee until I became a Mom ;)”

What is your favorite productivity hack?

“I still use an old-fashioned paper planner and to-do list. It helps me feel focused, organized, and prepared for the day ahead. I have used the Day Designer planner for the last 7 years.”

What is your favorite business book or podcast?

“It’s an oldie but a goodie, Lean In by Sheryl Sandburg. I also love Ted Talks and Harvard Business Review. Short-burst content is more practical for my busy life.”
