“We are The Harney Team, a Full Service real estate team with a combined 45+ years of Real Estate experience. As a referral based business, being people-centric and community focused is our primary goal.

What is next for you and your business? What are you currently working on?

“The Harney Team is growing! By welcoming Megan Harney as a full time agent, we’re elevating our team of talented agents to an even higher level of service. Megan’s passionate drive for growth and serving others will be an awesome addition to the team. We are also refining our current systems, finding new and more innovative ways to serve our clients, and working to add more client and community events to our calendar. Having a strong community presence and setting that example for our children is the Harney Team’s Big Why!”

What is your favorite part of being your own boss?

“Definitely controlling your own destiny. As a business owner, you can decide how you want to run your business. We’re not only able to build our own dreams, we also get the gift of helping others make their own dreams of homeownership a reality. We took a rewarding, but difficult route of running a referral only real estate business. We are so grateful to everyone who continues to entrust us with their business as well as showing us support through referred business.”

What does your morning routine look like?

“4:00 am Alarm. 5:00 am Workout at Orange Theory Owensboro, 6:30 take kids to day-care, 7;00 am Shower, 7:30 prepare for team huddle, 8:00 am Team Huddle.”

What is your go-to coffee order?

“Chris=Black only , Megan= a splash of coffee with her cream 😂”

What is your favorite productivity hack?

“Difficult things accomplished before 11:00 AM”

“I am Old School!! Favorite Book: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie”
