Orchard Inspired Wedding at Corner House B&B

Perfect weather, perfect venue AND the perfect couple can only mean one thing…It was a DREAMY WEDDING DAY in Southern Indiana!! Jessie and Tyler had a day to remember, full of family, friends and love. 

Before their big day, we meet up for a cup of coffee to talk through their last minute jitters and get excited for the wedding. In between talking details of family photos and first looks, Tyler got a little teary eyed thinking of the moment he would see his bride for the first time. Holy moly, y’all. That’s big time love right there. That’s what we enjoy most in working with our couples. When things can get overwhelming with seating charts, fittings and more, at the end of the day that doesn’t matter. Our couples know that what matters most is their love and the memories that they will share with loved ones. 

Jessie and Tyler chose a location close to home with the Corner House Bed and Breakfast. As Rockport natives ourselves, this venue choice made us INCREDIBLY happy. Their wedding date could not have brought better weather with the sun shining and a light breeze…the best combination!! Things started early, getting everyone ready for the day ahead. Rachel Harper of Day Salon helped the bridesmaids with their hair, while Jessie’s sister, Jenna helped with the makeup. What a sweet moment between sisters as Jenna helped Jessie with her last minute touch ups. As the bridesmaids and the groomsmen finished up, the excitement was building and we couldn’t wait to photograph the first look.

Jessie excitedly covered Tyler’s eyes and all at once he turned around and she showed off her bridal look! Tyler paused for a moment, taking in everything and then beamed with the biggest grin as he hugged his bride tight. The couple continued to laugh and smile before preparing for the aisle. After we wrapped up portraits of the two, we had to bring in the cutest addition – their precious son, Liam. While the day was obviously about Jessie and Tyler, Liam and his cute self stole the spotlight!!  Liam was the SWEETEST! And that little outfit was too cute…He was certainly gunning for “best dressed!” 

Jessie and Tyler’s  sunset ceremony was perfectly intimate and dreamy in every way!. They shared their special moments with close friends and family. There was something crazy magical about that view from the top of the hill as these two exchanged their sweet vows.  

After the ceremony, we all ventured down to the barn for the celebration.  The reception featured wonderful speeches from the BEST Maid of Honor & Best Man, SO much dancing, and the best food!! We were in AWE as we took in alllll the details of the space.  Jenny and her dream team transformed the barn.  The peaches, the vintage details, the glorious amounts of greenery…it was definitely magazine worthy!!  Our hearts are full as we think back to this perfect day.  Congratulations again to Jessie and Tyler!! We love you three SO much!!

We are both passionate about our son. We love to watch him grow and learn new things every day

Describe yourselves as a couple.

Family oriented for sure. Big homebodies! We’re also outdoorsy…we love to camp and go on walks!

How did you meet?

We met in high school FOREVER ago!
