An Engagement Session in the Rolling Hills of Southern Indiana

We love our jobs and love being able to bring our creative side into what we do every single day. We enjoy working exclusively with our couples to make their sessions as Pinterest-worthy and dreamy as possible. So, yes, future brides — show us allllll your Pinterest boards! We love getting fresh ideas, but also enjoy putting our own touch on your photo ideas! When we begin planning with Brianna and Matt, we wanted to make their engagement session dreams a reality and that’s just what we set out to do.  

We were beyond thrilled when Brianna and Matt asked us to have their session at their home on their beautiful property. These two sweet humans poured their hearts and souls into building their dream home in the rolling hills of southern Indiana. Their little slice of heaven was located right outside of Tell City, Indiana. When we first arrived, we were super impressed with all of the gorgeous views! We couldn’t wait to dive deeper into their property!

We first ventured out into the woods — OMGosh, talk about beautiful!! We had arrived on beautiful sunshiny evening and were blessed with the most beautiful light peeking through the trees. They were so excited to show us their property which made our excitement levels even higher!! For the first part of our adventure, we took a ride on their Ranger through the woods and hills to a flat rock creek that was hidden deep into their property. Guys, these pretty flat rocks dipped right into a waterfall — WHAT?!!? We were legitimately in heaven listening to the trickling sounds of water and being surrounded by lush green woods. This was the absolute BEST place to start a session!!

When Brianna and Matt were together, it was a non-stop giggling fest. The two of them lit each other up and were so stinking adorable! We spent a bit of time there before we headed back for some pictures with their beautiful home. We ended this session at the top of those dreamy hills covered in the prettiest yellow foliage. The sunset matched with that yellow was something dreams are made of!!
