A Lindley Farmstead at Chatham Hills Wedding

Where do I even begin to describe the undeniable love that we have for Jaclyn and Zach?! To know them is to love them!! They share such an extraordinary love. You honestly can’t help but to smile when watching them together because they are that stinking adorable! We had such a great time shooting their engagement session that we couldn’t possibly contain our excitement any longer for their big day!!! That day finally arrived!!! 

We were so pumped for this wedding because it involved a road trip!! If you’ve followed us for a while you know how much the Nowak’s love a good road trip. Good music, an open road, and an exciting end destination puts us in the BEST mood!! You can imagine how very excited we were to road trip to the Indianapolis, Indiana area for Jaclyn and Zach’s dreamy wedding, so when wedding weekend finally arrived, we were beyond ourselves! ‘ecstatic’ would be a fitting word for how we were feeling!!

When we first arrived on that beautiful day, we ventured to the Lindley Farmstead at Chatam Hills. This would be where Jaclyn and Zach’s reception would be taking place. The Lindley Farmstead is a magnificent wedding venue right outside of Indianapolis. Jaclyn and her bridesmaids got ready off-site so Bret and I had the rare opportunity to enter into an empty venue where all dreamy details awaited us. Ahhhhh, so magical!!! You probably know by now, but Bret is our team’s detail mastermind! He normally handles them solo, but this wedding was unique and special because I got to tag team with him. I loved watching him work and getting to add in my expertise occasionally, as well!! We make a pretty good team, in my opinion 😆 

Before we knew it, the bridal party had arrived and the bridesmaids were ready to get dressed. While they got ready, Jaclyn got ready in the bridal suite. It was soooooo much fun having Jaclyn to herself in the bridal suite. Jaclyn, her maid of honor, and her sweet mama got her dressed into her gown and watching her transform into a beautiful bride was so magical! The three of them filled the bridal suite with so many adorable giggles. Once ready, Jaclyn did a special reveal to her bridesmaids and I loved every minute of it!!! All of her gals squealed with giggles and happy smiles as she twirled around!! Twelve bridesmaids meant twelve beaming, happy faces #themorethemerrier

Jaclyn’s second reveal was with her sweet dad. When he first saw his little girl, his reaction was PRICELESS. I get tears in my eyes just thinking about it — ahh, the love between a dad and his daughter is unlike anything else!! We LOVE capturing such sweet moments. We legit have the best job ever getting to capture/celebrate allll the moments of our couples’ wedding day!!

It’s ceremony time!!! We loaded up and headed to one of the most gorgeous Catholic churches in Carmel, Indiana. Jaclyn and Zach tied the knot at Our Lady of Mount Carmel surrounded by their closest family and friends and then sealed the deal with a kiss! After the ceremony, we headed outside to release butterflies (HOW COOL!!) in celebration of Jaclyn and Zach’s newly-wedded bliss! This was seriously such a magical moment — the butterfly release was a first for us and so awesome!

Next, Jaclyn and Zach wanted to snag some bridal party shots at a pretty special place to them! We loaded up and headed to the Palladium/The Center of Performing Arts! This location was so important because that is where Zach popped the question to Jaclyn. Not only was that their proposal spot, but it also special because they have so many other memories there!! It was so fun to venture back to that special spot with them back to where it all began 🙂 We had the absolute best time with the bridal party. Jaclyn and Zach were a blast and a half in front of our cameras. For real, they were naturals!!

To end the night, we headed back to the Lindley Farmstead at Chatham Hills for their reception! It was the best night full of so much joy and celebration!! We are so thankful that we got to spend the day celebrating with Jaclyn and Zach and cannot wait to see what their future holds! Congratulations, you guys!! We love you!!!
