Oh this sweet family just stole our hearts from the moment they popped out of the car full of the sweetest giggles and shining like pure sunshine! We had the BEST time capturing this sweet season of life for them!! Ahh!! These are the little moments that will last a lifetime!! Enjoy a few of these special photos and their fun Q/As below!!
“Have you ever seen the kids movie, “Boss Baby”?? There’s a quote in the beginning that makes me think of my little family and let me rephrase for my family…
“It was just the three of us,” he says. “The Atherton’s. Three is the perfect number. Interesting fact, did you know the triangle is the strongest shape?”
Our little family of three is special because we are stronger together. We started off as high school sweethearts and we have always been so happy together. We didn’t know how much happier we could be when we welcomed our little boy, our entire world. He completed our team!”
“We will be taking our first official family vacation this fall to Florida! Due to covid, we haven’t been able to travel but we plan on taking lots of mini trips this summer before our big trip!”
“Carry out and ice-cream, cuddling on the couch watching a movie (The Lorax or Mr. Peabody & Sherman are our little man’s favorites right now), and ending the night with a dance party, maybe a little Old McDonald for our son & mix it up with some early 2000s pop for the parents!”
“When the three of us left the hospital after our son was born. My husband and I were so nervous because suddenly we were totally responsible for this tiny precious human! Just the realization that we were going to have to put him in a car seat and then actually drive the car home sent me into a panic! But we managed to get buckled in, and as I sat in the back with my baby boy, I couldn’t stop looking back and forth between him and my husband in the driver’s seat. I just remember thinking, “It’s me and my boys from here on out.” And I had never been happier.”
“My favorite tradition so far (our son is only one) is we had the grandparents over Christmas morning for brunch and they were able to see him open his gifts. It fills our hearts with joy to see how much they love our son.”
“We would love to travel into the past, not only for us to see people we miss but for our son to meet his ancestors!”
“We plan on enjoying every minute going forward! With our son being born during covid, it is so important for us to experience all things together, even the little moments.”
“Oh my goodness! Probably when Bret was jumping up and down to get our son to laugh! Also, Brandie really made this mama of a toddler feel so beautiful!”
