Tell us a bit about your wedding!

“I envisioned all the spring flowers and colors: pinks, corals, blues, white, and touches of green! A modern, spring garden theme. We had marquee letters that added an awesome touch of light, and a green wall with a neon sign and flower arrangement. We loved the pieces and the awesome photo ops they provided! Also couldn’t forget about our pup at home so we named the bar “Mabel’s Bar” with a cute bar menu sign and and napkins with her headshot artwork on them. All of our guests loved these! I really enjoyed working on all of the small details of my wedding. It added special personal touches :)”

What was your favorite part of your wedding day?

“Walking into the ceremony. I’ll never forget seeing Kevin’s face.”

What’s next? What are you two planning on tackling next in life?

“We will be moving Spring 2023! Location TBD. We can’t wait to see where Kevin matches for his residency!”

For the bride: What are three things you love about your groom?

“Kevin is always looking out for me and the most caring person I know. And I love his eyes!”

For the groom: What are three things you love about your bride?

“Everything! Her smile most of all.”

Bride, tell us a bit about who was the most helpful in helping you pull off your dream wedding?!

“My planner, Heaven! I couldn’t have done it without her. She was so patient with me and had the best ideas. Everything was absolutely perfect and everything I imagined because of her. And Kevin for the moral support.”

Advice for other couples who are planning their own wedding right now?

“Make a list of the details that are important to you and stick to those items. Don’t get caught up with all the extras that weddings can bring!”

Did anything hilarious/unexpected happen?!

“Kevin’s pants ripped 5 minutes into the reception!!😂”

What is something unique you incorporated into your wedding?

“During the second half of our first dance we invited our parents and grandparents up to join us. It was really special to share this moment with them!”

First dance song?

“Beyond – Leon Bridges and Luke Combs”

Ceremony music?

“Processional – Can’t Help Falling In Love – Kina Grannis Recessional – I’m A Believer – The Monkees”

How big was your wedding party?

“7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen”

“Buffet”

“Open bar”

What dessert did you serve at your reception?

“Cake! Funfetti/Cream Cheese and Strawberry Lemon/Cream Cheese”

Did you give out a wedding favor? If yes, what was it?

“Yes! Cheddar and caramel popcorn bags! Love, laughter, and a snack for after!!”

What was your favorite part of working with B&B?

“I never had to once worry about photography throughout the planning process! Everyone loved hanging out with you guys all day as well- it was like hanging out with some of our best friends.”
