ALLY & JON ARE MARRIED!!! 🎉
Allyson and Jon’s wedding was an absolute dream, and we are still swooning over every single detail! From the moment we arrived at Maison 200, the stunning historic home where they got ready, we knew this day was going to be something special. Maison 200 is filled with so much charm and character… it made the perfect backdrop for Allyson and Jon’s giggly, snuggly moments as they prepped for their best day ever!!💕✨
Their intimate ceremony and reception were held at 20 West in Newburgh, Indiana…a boutique wedding venue that is the epitome of magical vibes….it’s wildly cool and truly one of our favorite spots for weddings! Under a canopy of twinkling stars and glowing golden string lights, they promised forever in front of their closest family and friends….The intimate vibes of this day were unmatched—full of love, laughter, and the kind of joy you can feel in every single photo! These two share the sweetest love❤️
Once the ceremony ended, the party began! Allyson and Jon danced the night away surrounded by the people who mean the most to them, soaking in every sweet moment of this incredible day. We are obsessed with how their personalities shone through every detail of their wedding, and we couldn’t be more honored to capture their story!! Here’s to the sweet newlyweds!! CONGRATS MR & MRS HUDDLESTON!!🥂🎉✨
Tell us a bit about your wedding!!
“We went with a neutral palette for our 20West wedding! (Allyson’s favorite palette🥰) Champagne, white, gold, hint of blush florals….It’s simple but so elegant at the same time! We love flowers, so we had plenty of those and they were so beautiful! We are forever grateful for finding 20West as our venue on such a short notice…Misti saved the day!”
What was your favorite part of your wedding day?
“Our ceremony. It was STUNNING! An outside wedding with the dark sky, dim lights, candles, and all the flowers. WOW!”
Did you two do a first look?
“Absolutely. I feel like it was really important so that we could use each other at that point to calm our nerves. It helped with picture timing too since it gets dark so early in the fall. It was a really sweet, intimate moment for us! Jonathan was so nervous, this definitely helped calm him a little in such an emotional day. Plus, Allyson will admit she missed him; it felt like being away from him on such an important day was hard!!”
What’s next? What are you two planning on tackling next in life?
“We are going to really start renovating our new home! We can’t wait!!!”
For the bride: What are three things you love about your groom?
“Have you met him? He is super handsome’ Aside from that he is so level headed and reasonable, we make such a great team. AND he makes me laugh a lot even if I don’t want to 😉”
For the groom: What are three things you love about your bride?
“She is beautiful! She has a huge heart ❤️ So grateful for her because she keeps me on my toes.”
Who helped you pull off your dream wedding?
“I think it was a really huge group effort because everyone was so willing to help, especially when the tide turned and we had to cancel our Florida wedding and replan a new wedding here at home last minute. Having everyone’s support and how easy-going they all were with the changes was literally the best help I could have had!”
Advice for other couples who are planning their own wedding right now?
“Listen to each other. Don’t take on all of the tasks by yourself. I promise your groom wants to help! 👌🏼 Having a venue that has all of the amenities and does clean up for you is honestly worth soooo much time and stress too. I suggest those venues over others 100%.”
Did anything hilarious/unexpected happen?!
“Not unexpected but our dogs were like a tornado when they came to see us before the wedding and have pictures! 😆”
What is something unique you incorporated into your wedding?
“We kept everything really small and and intimate, it was the best unique thing we could have wanted—our most favorite people there only”
First dance song?
“I’m Gonna Love You by Cody Johnson”
Ceremony music?
“So many great instrumental only songs from the Brooklyn Duo, they’re on Spotify and I love all of their music. We played a little bit of instrumental Halo, Iris, Can’t Help Falling in Love, Love me Like you Do, You are the Reason, and Thousand Years.”
How big was your wedding party?
“3 bridesmaids, 2 groomsmen, and my niece as a flower girl and my nephew was our usher.”
